Appointments:Our Salon prides itself on giving you, our valued client, our full and undivided attention during your stay with us. Being on time is of the utmost importance so that all clients may receive the attention they so rightly deserve. We encourage you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment for a consultation with your stylist.
Cancellations:Alan Del Monte Salon realizes that your time is very important. Please honor our time, as well as the time of our other clients, by informing us of a cancellation with a 48-hour notice.
Children:Due to insurance regulations, children are not allowed on the cutting floor unless receiving service. Also, children are not to be left unattended in the waiting area.
